- Hesap açmadan oyun oynayabilirsin. Bu durumda senden hiçbir kişisel veri almıyoruz.
- Hesap açarsan sadece bir rumuz ve şifre istiyoruz. E-posta, gerçek isim, telefon yok.
- Şifreni okunamaz bir özet olarak saklıyoruz. IP adresinin kendisini saklamıyoruz.
- Reklam yok, takip çerezi yok, verini kimseye satmıyoruz.
- Hesabını istediğin an kendin silebilirsin (sağ üst menü → Hesabımı sil).
Veriden kim sorumlu?
Bu site ve oyunlar Mustafa Kerim (The Formid) tarafından yapılıyor ve yönetiliyor. Kişisel verilerinle ilgili her soru ve talep için: Instagram @theformid üzerinden mesaj ya da hesabın varsa herhangi bir oyunun sayfasındaki Hata bildir formu.

Toplamadıklarımız
Hesap için e-posta istemiyoruz (e-posta sadece MyPlayer2 bekleme listesine kendin yazarsan alınır). Gerçek ad-soyad, telefon, adres, konum, fotoğraf, ödeme bilgisi. Reklam ya da takip çerezi kullanmıyoruz ve verileri hiçbir şekilde satmıyor, kiralamıyor, reklamcılarla paylaşmıyoruz.
Tarayıcında kalan bilgiler
Seçtiğin dil (fg_lang) ve hesap açmadan aldığın skor (geçici) sadece kendi tarayıcında saklanır, bize gönderilmez. Oyunların kendi kayıtları da tarayıcında durur. Ziyaret sayılarını görmek için Cloudflare Web Analytics kullanıyoruz: çerez kullanmaz ve seni tanımlamaz. Bu yüzden sitede çerez onay kutusu yok: kullandığımız tek çerez, girişli kalman için zorunlu olan oturum çerezi.
Veriler nerede duruyor?
Site, oyun dosyaları ve veritabanı Cloudflare, Inc. altyapısında barındırılıyor. Cloudflare ABD merkezli bir şirket ve sunucuları dünyanın birçok yerinde. Yani verilerin yurt dışındaki sunucularda işlenebilir. Cloudflare, verileri kendi veri işleme sözleşmesi ve standart sözleşme hükümleri çerçevesinde, sadece hizmeti sunmak için işler. Hesap açarak verilerinin bu altyapıda saklanmasını kabul etmiş olursun.
Güvenlik
Şifreler kişiye özel tuzla 20.000 tur özetlenir, bağlantılar şifrelidir (HTTPS), başka sitelerden gelen istekler reddedilir, yanlış şifre denemeleri sınırlanır. Hiçbir sistem %100 güvenli değildir; bir veri ihlali fark edersek etkilenenleri ve gerekli kurumları bilgilendiririz.
Hakların
KVKK'nın 11. maddesi (ve Avrupa'dan bağlanıyorsan GDPR) kapsamında şunları isteyebilirsin:
- Hakkında hangi verilerin tutulduğunu öğrenmek
- Yanlış verinin düzeltilmesi
- Verilerinin silinmesi: hesabını sağ üst menüden kendin anında silebilirsin. Hesap, skorlar, yorumlar ve oyun kayıtları kalıcı olarak silinir. Hata bildirimlerin hatayı çözmek için kalabilir ama seninle bağı koparılır.
- İşlemeye itiraz etmek ve şikayette bulunmak (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu)
Talebini Instagram'dan iletebilirsin, en geç 30 gün içinde cevap veririz. Not: şifre değiştirilemez ve e-posta tutulmadığı için şifresini unutan hesabına tekrar giremez; böyle bir durumda hesabın silinmesini isteyebilirsin.
📱 Mobil uygulamalarımız (Google Play)
Mevsim Muhafızları'nın Android sürümü hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz ve paylaşmaz. Uygulama internete bağlanmaz (internet izni yoktur); oyun ilerlemesi yalnızca kendi telefonunda saklanır ve uygulamayı silince silinir. Reklam, analiz ya da üçüncü taraf hizmeti kullanılmaz.
Çocuklar
13 yaşından küçüksen hesap açmadan önce anne-babana ya da bir büyüğüne sor. Hesap açmadan da bütün oyunları oynayabilirsin.
Değişiklikler
Bu metni değiştirirsek üstteki tarihi güncelleriz. Önemli bir değişiklik olursa sitede duyururuz.

Privacy and personal data

In short
- You can play without an account. Then we collect no personal data from you.
- If you create an account, we only ask for a nickname and a password. No e-mail, real name or phone.
- Your password is stored as an unreadable hash. We don't store your IP address itself.
- No ads, no tracking cookies, we never sell your data.
- You can delete your account yourself anytime (top-right menu → Delete my account).

This site and its games are made and run by Mustafa Kerim (The Formid). For any question or request about your data: message @theformid on Instagram, or use the Report a bug form on any game page if you have an account.

What we don't collect
No e-mail for accounts (we only get an e-mail if you join the MyPlayer2 waitlist yourself). Real name, phone, address, location, photos, payment details. We use no advertising or tracking cookies and never sell, rent or share your data with advertisers.
What stays in your browser
Your language choice (fg_lang) and a score you got before signing up (temporarily) are stored only in your own browser and never sent to us. Games keep their own saves in your browser too. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits: it uses no cookies and doesn't identify you. That's why there is no cookie banner: the only cookie we use is the session cookie, which is strictly necessary to keep you logged in.
Where is the data?
The site, game files and database are hosted on Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure. Cloudflare is a US company with servers around the world, so your data may be processed outside your country. Cloudflare processes it only to provide the service, under its data processing agreement and standard contractual clauses. By creating an account you agree to your data being stored on this infrastructure.
Security
Passwords are hashed 20,000 rounds with a personal salt, connections are encrypted (HTTPS), requests from other sites are rejected and wrong password attempts are limited. No system is 100% secure; if we notice a data breach we will inform those affected and the relevant authorities.
Your rights
Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Article 11) and, if you connect from Europe, the GDPR, you can ask to:
- Know what data we hold about you
- Have wrong data corrected
- Have your data deleted: you can delete your account instantly from the top-right menu. Your account, scores, reviews and game saves are permanently deleted. Bug reports may be kept to fix the bug, but are no longer linked to you.
- Object to processing and complain to a data protection authority
Send your request via Instagram; we reply within 30 days. Note: passwords can't be changed and we keep no e-mail, so a forgotten password can't be recovered; in that case you can ask us to delete the account.
📱 Our mobile apps (Google Play)
The Android version of Season Guardians does not collect or share any personal data. The app does not connect to the internet (it has no internet permission); your game progress is stored only on your own phone and is deleted when you uninstall the app. No ads, analytics or third-party services are used.
Children
If you are under 13, ask a parent or guardian before creating an account. You can play every game without an account.
Changes
If we change this notice we update the date above. Important changes are announced on the site.
